MedSpeed is seeking a Full Time Logistics Coordinator in Elmhurst, IL to support the control center and ensure rapid, accurate routing of medical shipments. You will coordinate with drivers, monitor orders, and help deliver reliable service across the nationwide network.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or Associate's degree, 6+ months in customer service, excellent communication, and a teamwork mindset. Hours are Wed–Sat 9:30 AM–8:00 PM with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate's degree.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Typing speed and basic computer skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, plan, and route customer orders for efficient transportation.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve order issues.
• Log and document issues in the system per policies.
• Support dispatch and market operations to improve processes.
• Promote MedSpeed culture and participate in special projects.
