Job summary

MedSpeed is seeking a Medical Dispatcher in Elmhurst, IL for a full-time shift from 1:00pm to 9:30pm, Monday through Friday. The role pays $21 per hour, with a $1 increase for hours worked after 10pm.

You will monitor and route customer orders, create efficient routes, handle service questions, and document issues to ensure a positive customer experience. Strong communication and data-entry skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in fast-paced environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and route orders while following guidelines and standards.
• Create efficient routes using routing tools and local knowledge.
• Answer questions about MedSpeed processes and handle issues.
• Log and document all issues in online systems per guidelines.
• Provide a high-quality customer experience and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with market management on routing needs and improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of MedSpeed policies and client requirements.
• Promote MedSpeed culture.
