Job summary

Hokali, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator (Part-Time) to oversee inventory, distribution, and site supply operations across the SF Bay Area.

You will manage gear, uniforms, and educational materials from receipt to final delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment for partner schools. Responsibilities include receiving shipments, maintaining storage organization, kit assembly, and coordinating shipments via UPS/FedEx.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management or inventory control is preferred.
• Ability to organize, label, and track inventory accurately.
• Proficient with digital tools for communication and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update logs of item movements.
• Assemble kits and site-specific material packages as required.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers or on-site deliveries to partner school sites.
• Travel regionally within SF Bay Area with monthly trips to San Jose.
• Collaborate with operations via Slack and log hours in TriNet.
