Qualifications

• QuickBooks Experience of 1 year.
• Proficiency in billing software, transportation management systems (TMS), or Extensiv.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and numerical accuracy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a part-time schedule.
• Solid communication skills for interacting with customers, carriers, and internal staff.
• Experience with accounts receivable or invoice reconciliation is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in accounting or business preferred.
