You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining sanitation and following established recipes. This part-time role requires 2–4 years in food service, strong teamwork, and reading prep lists.

Qualifications

• Two to four years in a fast-paced restaurant, caterer or related food service.
• Proactive, self-motivated, organized and able to prioritize.
• Clean and mindful of sanitation procedures.
• Ability to read and retain information (recipes, prep lists, menus).
• Basic English spoken and read.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Report for scheduled events on time and to assigned area.
• Fulfill opening and closing duties and prep lists.
• Prepare tasks using correct recipes and maintain food safety.
• Maintain cleanliness of walk-ins, dry storage and work areas.
• Coordinate with Supervisors, Attendants, Runners and Chefs.
• Work as part of a team within the venue and other service departments.
• Stay aware of kitchen layout and safety procedures.
• Work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
