Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to support the kitchen during events and daily service. You will assist the Sous Chef, prepare menu items, and ensure food quality and safety throughout each shift.

Responsibilities include stocking, maintaining clean stations, measuring temperatures, and collaborating with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver high-quality meals on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in kitchen production.
• Proficient in various cooking methods and ingredients.
• Strong knife skills and culinary knowledge.
• Familiar with industry best practices and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sous Chef with meal preparation and station setup.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen team.
• Answer, report and follow the Executive Chef/Sous Chef's instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize the kitchen at end of shift.
• Stock inventory and manage products using FIFO.
• Take temperatures of refrigerators and food during events.
• Ensure timely, high-quality food service and adherence to safety regulations.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
