Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead literacy interventions and support for K-3 students.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and literacy coach on intervention delivery.
• Assist with literacy building activities and strategies.
• Help develop aide schedules with school administration.
• Participate in ongoing Science of Reading training to stay current with best practices.
• Monitor and update individualized reading plans and data.
