Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous related reading paraprofessional experience preferred.
• In-person, on-site role with collaboration with teachers and literacy coach.

Responsibilities

• Lead evidence-based reading interventions aligned with the Science of Reading for K–3 students.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to ensure fidelity of interventions and updates to Individualized Reading Plans.
• Support literacy-building activities and maintain intervention documentation and data.
