Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead evidence-based reading interventions aligned with the Science of Reading for students with needs in grades K–3.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and the literacy coach to ensure interventions are delivered with fidelity and aligned with Individualized Reading Plans.
• Assist with literacy-building activities and strategies.
• Work with administrators to develop aide schedules.
• Complete ongoing Science of Reading training to ensure best practice is followed.
• Collaborate with teachers to review student progress and adjust supports.
• Coordinate and communicate instructional plans, group movements, and schedules related to interventions.
• Monitor Individualized Reading Plans schoolwide and update teachers on progress and required changes.
