Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead evidence-based reading interventions aligned with the Science of Reading for students with Individualized Reading Plans.
• Work closely with classroom teachers and the literacy coach to ensure interventions are delivered with fidelity and aligned with students’ Individualized Reading Plans.
• Assist with literacy building activities and strategies.
• Coordinate and communicate instructional plans, group movements, and schedules related to interventions.
• Monitor Individualized Reading Plans schoolwide and communicate progress to teachers.
• Support classroom teachers in maintaining Individualized Reading Plans, including data collection and documentation.
