Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead evidence-based reading interventions aligned with the Science of Reading for students with Individualized Reading Plans.
• Work closely with classroom teachers and the literacy coach to ensure interventions are delivered with fidelity and aligned with students’ Individualized Reading Plans.
• Assist with literacy building activities and strategies.
• Develop aide schedules in collaboration with administrators.
• Complete ongoing Science of Reading training to ensure current best practice.
• Collaborate with teachers to review student progress and adjust supports as needed.
• Coordinate and communicate instructional plans and schedules related to interventions.
• Monitor Individualized Reading Plans schoolwide and keep teachers updated on progress and data needs.
• Support teachers in maintaining reading plans, including data collection and documentation.
