Job summary

Heritage Golf Club in Wake Forest, North Carolina is seeking a part-time, hourly Line Cook. The role involves pantry prep for restaurant and banquet operations, with shifts Wed–Fri 4pm–9pm, Sat 11am–8pm or 12pm–9pm, Sun 8:30am–4:20pm. Pay range $16.00-$20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

Certificate from college, technical school or accredited facility or 6-12 months related experience and/or training.
Proven ability to follow recipes and portion sizes as per standard.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of working area.

Responsibilities

Prepares a variety of pantry items for restaurant, banquet, snack bar and beverage cart.
Completes opening and closing checklists.
Prepares meats, poultry, vegetables and other items for cooking.
Adheres to portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards.
Maintains a clean and sanitary work station.
Follows opening checklist and assists others in opening the kitchen.
Reports equipment or food quality issues to supervisor promptly.
