Job summary

Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club in St George, UT, is seeking a part-time Line Cook eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced hospitality setting. The role supports the Chef and Kitchen Manager in preparing food for all outlets and ensures safety, sanitation, and recipe adherence across shifts.

Responsibilities include.inventory management, line setup, and helping with food distribution while maintaining health department standards.

Qualifications

• One to two years of cooking experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in managing and upholding safe working conditions.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Must be dependable.
• Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Chef/Kitchen Manager with the setup and preparation of food items for all food outlets on the property.
• Carefully follows standard recipes while preparing all assigned items.
• Assists with a monthly food and supplies inventory.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and storage areas.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment properly.
• Prepares and sorts dishes and supplies for service.
• Supports food distribution and quality control across outlets.
