Job summary

Entrada at Snow Canyon CC, located in St George, UT, is pleased to announce a part-time Steward/Dishwasher position within the Troon family of companies. The role offers training with no prior experience required and optional ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; will train.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware
• Maintains cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler, through sweeping and mopping
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust system
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas
• Cleans, washes, and sanitizes all dishes; cleans kitchen after close
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required
