Job summary

Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club in St. George, UT, is seeking a part-time Pantry Cook to join our culinary team and support multiple dining outlets.

You will prepare cold dishes, maintain prep areas, and ensure safety and quality while working with a friendly, team-oriented staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination.
• 1–3 months kitchen or pantry prep experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of cold dishes including salads, appetizers, sandwich fillings, and other pantry items in line with production plans or forecasted needs.
• Work efficiently with whole food products, minimizing waste wherever possible.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in all prep and storage areas.
• Communicate effectively with the Chef or Supervisor about equipment issues, shortages, or overages.
• Receive, store, wrap, date, and rotate food products according to safety and freshness standards.
• Requisition supplies and manage daily pantry inventory as needed.
• Follow all safe food handling and work practices.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
