Job summary

Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club, part of Troon, invites applications for a part-time Line Cook in St. George, Utah. You will assist the Chef/Kitchen Manager, prepare food for all outlets, and ensure safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced setting.

We seek 1–2 years cooking experience, a high school diploma, and a team-oriented, dependable candidate who can take direction and help maintain quality and inventory control. Healthcare and retirement benefits are available per plan terms.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cooking experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for all outlets and assist the Chef/Kitchen Manager.
• Follow standard recipes and maintain kitchen sanitation.
• Conduct monthly food and supplies inventory.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Health regulations.
• Assist with product receiving and storage.
• Maintain equipment use and maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
