Job summary

Entrada at Snow Canyon CC in St. George, UT is seeking a Part-Time Fine Dining Server to join a fast-paced hospitality team.

You will provide prompt, professional service, describe specials, take and deliver orders, and ensure guest satisfaction in a refined dining setting. Applicants should have a High school diploma or GED (or related experience), be able to stand/walk, and complete Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
• Knowledge of POS system.

Responsibilities

• Serves guests food and beverage items in a prompt, professional manner.
• Describes specials and answers questions about menu items.
• Takes orders and delivers food promptly after preparation.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and maintains workstation.
