Responsibilities

• Cook items such as meats, fish, vegetables and sauces per schedule.
• Plating and garnishing as directed by the Chef.
• Expedite dishes to ensure meals are served hot and on time.
• Maintain stocked stations and proper cooking equipment.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures for food handling.
• Assist with prep, setup for functions and special events.
