Sand & Sea is seeking a Line Cook in Santa Monica, CA for a part-time, on-call position in the Shore Hotel dining area. The role focuses on timely, sanitary preparation of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen, while following recipes and safety standards.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of cooking experience, strong teamwork, and knowledge of food safety and portion control. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and endure busy shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily food items according to the Chef de Cuisine's guidelines.
• Set up station and follow recipes in a sanitary, timely manner.
• Restock items as needed throughout shift.
• Maintain station cleanliness and safety throughout service.
• Prepare dishes for customers with dietary needs and allergies.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation and storage procedures.
