Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or commercial kitchen experience preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume kitchen preferred.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, portioning, plating, and proper food-storage practices.
• Ability to follow recipes, station procedures, and instructions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, specifications, and company standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain assigned stations before, during, and after service.
• Execute orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining food quality and presentation.
• Follow proper portioning, cooking, plating, and temperature standards.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and product levels throughout the shift.
• Label, date, rotate, and properly store food products.
