The role requires 1+ year in commercial foodservice, a high school diploma, and culinary training or certification. You will work in a team environment with rotating shifts and support catering orders as needed.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• 1+ years of experience in commercial foodservice
• Experience in food preparation and equipment

• Ability to follow recipes and SOPs
• Strong reading and writing skills

Responsibilities

• Cuts, slices, dices, chops food for recipe preparation per SOPs
• Prepackages condiments for prepared items
• Completes tasks at assigned work station
• Assists in multiple cooking venues
• Assists in catering orders as needed
• Masters recipe preparation, including daily production adjustments
• Prepares, packages, and plates fresh product
• Performs other duties as assigned
