Esplanade Golf and Country Club in Naples, FL is seeking a driven part-time Line Cook to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property. As part of Troon, you will support restaurant and banquet operations and daily food production.

The role offers $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities to advance and participate in training programs. Healthcare, retirement, PTO, and bonuses are among benefits.

Competenze

• Associates Culinary Degree and 2 years of culinary experience or training, or an equivalent combination.

Mansioni

• Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality.
• Expedites orders in a timely manner.
• Practices excellent operational sanitation.
• Executes scheduled banquet functions.
• Maintains professional relationships with fellow associates.
• Helps reduce loss/waste.
• Communicates equipment repair needs with chef.
• Actively participates in training efforts.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Attends staff meetings.
• Checks and dates all deliveries and reports variances to chef in charge.
• Verifies coolers are at proper temperatures and cleaned daily.
• Processes inventory requisition and receives supplies as necessary for quality production.
• Prepares the proper amount of food according to production or forecast sheets and plans.
• Prepares items in accordance with established recipes for a consistent product.
