Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Culinary Arts with 2 years of culinary experience or equivalent.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality
• Expedites orders in a timely manner
• Practices operational sanitation
• Executes scheduled banquet functions
• Maintains professional relationships with fellow associates
• Communicates equipment repair needs to the Chef
• Attends staff meetings
• Prepares items in accordance with established recipes to ensure a consistent product

Education
