Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a part-time Leasing Coordinator to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies at our community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit screening, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

You will stay informed about market conditions, develop marketing plans, manage data in OneSite/Yardi, and help maintain show units and the leasing office.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening and background checks.
• Assist with lease preparation, move-in packages and renewals.
