The role requires Saturdays and offers up to 25 hours per week, with a compensation structure that includes hourly pay of $16–$20 plus commissions. Strong sales and communication skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

• Process rental applications, perform credit checks, and prepare lease paperwork.
• Coordinate move-in/out inspections and ensure units are market-ready.
