• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Ensure move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for any remaining items.
• Implement marketing plans and traffic-driving activities to boost occupancy.
• Follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction and renew leases.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages and oversee renewal timing.
