Job summary

Greystar in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Leasing Consultant responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue targets. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in and lease signing.

You will design marketing activities, use on-site software to track availability and data, and follow up with prospects to finalize leases and renewals.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Licenses/certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Conduct tours, process applications, run background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments pre-move-in and coordinate maintenance items as needed.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
