Gables Residential is seeking Leasing Professionals in Dallas to deliver a personalized sales experience, tour prospects, and close leases. You will also coordinate resident events, marketing activities, and community service to strengthen the property community.

The role rewards proactive relationship-building and strong service ethic, supporting residents, associates, vendors, and investors while driving occupancy and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to tour prospects and close leases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for resident interactions.
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments and meeting occupancy targets.

Responsibilities

• Tour prospective residents and guide them through the sales process.
• Develop relationships through resident events, marketing campaigns and community service.
• Maximize revenue by increasing closing ratios and occupancy benchmarks.
