Job summary

Gables Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the sales team with General Manager collaboration, developing sales strategies to maximize revenue. You will be a problem-solver focused on team success and signature service for residents, associates, vendors, and investors.

You are a results-driven sales professional with 1-2 years of residential property management sales experience, exceptional communication, and ability to multitask under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous experience in residential property management sales.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
