Gables Residential in Charlotte, NC invites you to join as a Leasing Manager, a role that leads the sales team to exceed occupancy targets with strategic planning and hands-on coaching. You will partner with the General Manager to drive revenue and deliver signature service to residents and investors.

You are a organized leader with 1-2 years in residential property management sales, skilled at communication, training, and prioritizing competing demands.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in residential property management sales.
• Ability to lead a sales team and drive occupancy targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies with the General Manager and lead the sales team to maximize revenue.

The Role

The Leasing Manager is an industry leader who not only sets goals but crosses the finish line! In collaboration with the General Manager, you will develop sales strategies and lead the sales team to improve and maximize company revenue. Our Leasing Managers are problem-solvers who see the bigger picture and are passionate about investing in the entire team’s success.

• Passionate about providing sales leadership, training, and sales coaching to maximize community sales results.

• Committed to providing signature service to our residents, associates, vendors, and investors.
• A sales professional who maximizes revenue through increased closing ratios and by exceeding budgeted occupancy expectations.

You Have…
