Job summary

Avenue5 Residential on Bainbridge Island is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.

The role requires excellent customer service, the ability to follow up with prospects, and experience with leasing processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure documentation is delivered monthly.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and follow up with prospective residents via phone, mail or email.
• Convert phone traffic into scheduled tours and appointments.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-ins and coordinate move-in/out with maintenance.
• Prepare and review move-in paperwork with new residents and maintain confidential files.
• Complete weekly leasing reports and manage open/close procedures daily.
• Assist with resident relations and processing work orders or invoices as needed.
