Greystar in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a part-time Leasing Professional for Eden at Kendall West. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, run credit/background checks, and prepare lease documents to ensure smooth move-ins.

You’ll coordinate marketing efforts, follow up with prospects, and support lease renewals while upholding Greystar standards for show quality and resident service.

Formación

• Experience in sales or leasing to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ability to greet prospects, qualify leads, and present community features.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease documents and coordinate move-in; ensure units are ready.
• Support marketing plans, promotions, and traffic generation for the community.
