Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a Garden community of 315 units. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, run credit/background checks, and prepare lease packages for smooth move-ins.

Daily duties include marketing plan execution, traffic generation, and maintenance coordination to ensure show-ready units and high occupancy. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet and qualify prospects and handle tours.
• Experience with applications, credit checks, and lease signing is preferred.
• Proficient with on-site property management software and data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect units and coordinate move-in readiness with maintenance.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic and generate referrals.
• Track availability and leasing activity using PM software and manage data.
• Prepare lease renewals and communicate with renewing residents ahead of move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and resolve issues.
