RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Casara Pensacola. You will execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, while ensuring resident satisfaction from move-in through renewal.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, tours, processing applications, coordinating move-ins, and maintaining property standards. The role requires weekend availability and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database/reporting for reporting purposes.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, credit checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Design and implement offsite marketing to drive traffic via referrals, internet marketing, and programs.
• Maintain property appearance, resolve tenant concerns, and ensure renewals are signed on time.
