Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing and renewal strategies, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run background checks, and prepare move-in packages. You will also help with marketing, tenant relations, and daily property operations to support occupancy and revenue goals.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and presentation skills, experience with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite), and a commitment to safety,

Qualifications

Requires strong sales and customer-service skills.
Experience in property management or leasing preferred.
Ability to greet prospects and close leases.

Responsibilities

Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and qualify leads.
Process applications, run credit/background checks, and prepare move-in documents.
Maintain occupancy goals through marketing, renewals, and resident relations.
Assist with daily property operations and reporting.
