PeakMade Real Estate in Atlanta is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue by turning tours into leases and delivering a world-class resident experience. You will work in a fast-paced, team-based environment and manage leads with a sales-first mindset.

The role emphasizes building trust, following up consistently, and owning every lead and result while supporting resident satisfaction and community operations. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales or leasing experience.
• Proven ability to achieve leasing targets.
• Experience with CRM systems (Yardi/Entrata/RealPage).
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach.
• Weekend availability.
• Excellent customer service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions
• Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion
• Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors
• Achieve and exceed community leasing goals and occupancy targets
• Execute strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue
• Respond to leads quickly with a sales first mindset
• Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits
• Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data
• Assist in the performance of annual turn process
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition
• Assist with market serveys as needed
• Perform various administrative tasks
• Assist with all move out and move in events as well as collect deposits and/or fees associated with move in.
