Qualifications

• Experience in property leasing with a management company.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills for leasing processes.
• Exceptional customer service and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills for handling multiple applications and records.
• Marketing abilities to attract tenants.
• Spanish bilingual preferred to serve diverse communities.
• Proficiency with Yardi, CRM, and MS Office.
• Weekend availability for on-site leasing operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective tenants and build rapport to understand housing needs.
• Conduct property tours showcasing features to attract applicants.
• Negotiate lease terms and rental offers in line with Fair Housing regulations.
• Manage leasing transactions from inquiry to closing with accurate CRM/Yardi records.
• Assist with tenant screening including background checks and credit reports.
• Support lease renewals, rent collection, and reminders while maintaining relations.
• Market available units using digital and local outreach strategies.
• Stay informed on industry trends and local housing laws.
