Job summary

The Margot in Lawrenceville, GA, seeks a Part-Time/Seasonal Leasing Consultant to drive leasing, tours, applications, and renewals. You will design local marketing, respond to inquiries, and help maintain resident satisfaction while supporting property performance.

Strong communication and sales skills, plus experience with property management software, are preferred. Weekend availability and a customer-service mindset are expected for this role.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience preferred in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database reporting.
• Experience with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Leasing and sales activities to achieve occupancy goals, including tours, applications, screenings, and renewals.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic and referrals.
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and show-quality standards at the property.
• Handle lease renewals and respond promptly to resident/owner questions.
