Job summary

Franklin Group in Union City, GA is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant to show and lease apartments and support the community's marketing plan.

You will handle applications, coordinate showings, maintain property standards, and stay informed about rates, amenities, and policies. LIHTC experience and Fair Housing certification are required; work Mon/Wed/Fri 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; non-exempt hourly position.

Qualifications

• LIHTC experience required.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combo.
• Fair Housing must be completed within 1 day of hire; harassment/drug-free workplace courses within 7 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist applicants with rental applications and collect security deposits.
• Ensure model and target apartments are ready for show and maintain clean, orderly work areas and offices.
• Know lease terms, specifications, policies, and current rental rates; utilize sales techniques.
• Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses; update informational materials.
• Develop and maintain an ongoing resident retention program under Community Manager guidance.
• Process administrative forms, reports and related information timely.
