Job summary

Westdale Asset Management in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our 355-unit Class A community. You will greet prospects, show apartments, close leases, and process rental applications in compliance with fair housing laws.

Requirements: at least 2 years of leasing experience; strong leasing/closing and communication skills; typing 30 WPM; Word, Excel, Outlook and Yardi; valid GA license; available to work every other Saturday.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of leasing experience on an apartment community.
• Experience in mid-rise or high-rise luxury communities preferred.
• Strong leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or similar programs.
• Must be able to work every other Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and residents.
• Answering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests.
• Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely.
• Selling features and amenities to prospective residents.
• Showing apartments.
• Securing leases.

Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

Work Days: Monday - Friday, and every other Saturday

Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Required License or Certification: Valid GA Driver's License

Our application process includes criminal background checks and drug screens.

Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
