PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant in Buffalo to drive occupancy and revenue. You will convert leads, deliver strong tours, and maintain CRM data, while delivering world-class resident experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales or leasing, proven target achievement, and experience with Yardi, Entrata, or RealPage. Flexible weekend hours and strong communication are a must in this fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Sales or leasing experience (1+ year)
• Evidence of achieving sales/leasing/conversion targets
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage or similar
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts)
• High prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases via phone, online, and in-person interactions
• Deliver high-impact tours to identify needs, create urgency, and close
• Follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors
• Achieve and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets
• Drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue
• Respond to leads quickly with a sales-first mindset
