Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience is required.
• Proven success in achieving leasing or conversion targets.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata or RealPage.
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts).
• Available to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs and close deals.
• Proactively follow up to maximize conversion.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Achieve and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Support office presentation and model readiness; assist with turnover events.
