Job summary

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a friendly, energetic Leasing Associate for Twin Ridge Apartments in Pikesville, MD. Responsibilities include handling resident files, administrative duties, and supporting leasing efforts.

Prior customer service or leasing experience is preferred; hourly rate starts at $21 with base pay plus commission/bonus opportunities. This part-time position requires two 8-hour shifts weekly (8:45am–5:30pm) and Saturdays (10am–5pm).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leasing and/or sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to work two 8-hour shifts per week plus Saturday availability.

Responsibilities

• Track phone and walk-in traffic; prepare weekly traffic reports.
• Assist applicants with the application process and gather documentation.
• Maintain marketing materials.
• Manage vacancies and prepare units for move-in.
• Ensure vacant apartments are ready for move-in and perform minor cleaning as needed.
• Support resident retention through activities and events.
• Visit competitor properties to stay informed of specials.
• Assist management with resident relations and daily operations.
• Coordinate tours, scheduling, and provide building information to prospects and vendors.
• Produce and distribute forms, spreadsheets, manuals, and information packages.
• Process correspondence for staff; maintain insurance certificates for residents.
• Organize electronic/hard copy filing; assist with administrative tasks.
