Job summary

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a Leasing Specialist for Jefferson House in Baltimore, MD. You will greet prospects, give tours, explain leasing options, and assist with applications, helping turn apartments into welcoming homes.

This full-time role requires Monday–Friday availability with Saturdays as needed, strong customer service and communication skills, and comfort with Entrata software. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous leasing, hospitality, or high end retail experience preferred.
• Positive, professional, and customer-service driven.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, give property tours, and explain leasing options.
• Assist with applications and collect required documentation.
• Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins; log traffic and prepare reports.
• Maintain marketing materials and participate in outreach efforts.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready for move-in.
• Support community events and resident retention initiatives.
• Assist property managers with daily operations and admin tasks.
• Maintain accurate resident files and insurance documentation.
