Job summary

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a friendly leasing associate for Twin Ridge Apartments in Pikesville, MD. The role focuses on assisting with resident and applicant files, marketing duties, and coordinating events. A 2-shift per week schedule is required, with Saturdays, and prior leasing or sales experience is a plus.

The position offers an hourly wage starting at $21 per hour, with base pay plus commission/bonus opportunities and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior leasing and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to operate PC and learn new software.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and vehicle.
• Willingness to work two 8-hour shifts per week and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Track phone and walk-in traffic and prepare weekly reports.
• Assist applicants with the application process and gather documentation.
• Maintain marketing materials and vacancy reports.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and ensure readiness.
• Coordinate resident outreach and marketing events.
• Provide support to Property Managers with forms and filing.
