Job summary

Legend Management Group in Germantown, MD is seeking a Part Time Leasing Consultant to handle leasing, marketing and resident relations at our community. You will work a rotating schedule including weekends, up to 29 hours per week, reporting to the Property Manager.

The role offers $19–$22 hourly with an $8,000 annual bonus potential and opportunities to attract residents through advertising, tours, social media and referrals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales environment.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up via email, phone, text or video to enhance the customer experience.
• Develop positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Lead leasing activities: tours (in-person/virtual), ads, referrals, and move-in coordination.
• Manage leads in the lead management system and follow up using best practices.
• Support corporate outreach with employers and manage community relationships.
• Assist with resident events and renewal processes.
• Create engaging resident communications and social media content.
