The role requires four weekdays 9am-5:30pm and Saturday 10am-5pm, with competitive hourly pay plus commission and bonuses; prior leasing or sales experience is a plus, and reliable transportation is needed.

Responsibilities

• Track phone and walk-in traffic; prepare weekly reports.
• Assist applicants with the application process and gather documents.
• Maintain marketing materials and vacancy reports daily.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and ensure readiness.
• Promote resident retention and assist with community events.
• Coordinate tours, schedule building procedures, and provide info.
