Acima LLC. is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with sales, account management, and exceptional customer service at a partner store location in Michigan. You will process credit turn-downs, web orders, and convert applicants to Acima credit.

The role emphasizes reviewing lease applications, promoting leasing benefits, and driving conversions within a dynamic retail environment. Strong communication and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in rental or leasing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and account management while delivering excellent customer service.
• Process credit turn-down applications and web orders and convert to Acima credit.
• Review lease applications and promote Acima leasing benefits.
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores to ensure smooth operations.
• Report to Store Manager about store and coworker activities.
