Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of college experience.
• One year of experience working in a library.

Responsibilities

• Guide patrons on library resources and databases.
• Answer questions about policies, procedures and workshops.
• Assist patrons with checking out and returning materials.
• Collect fines and payments for damaged or lost items.
• Maintain reserve materials and organize shelves.
• Provide desk coverage and greet patrons.
• Answer phone politely and take messages as needed.
• Process journals and magazines.
