Job summary

Carroll Water, a family-owned company, is seeking a Part-Time Lead Generator / Customer Service to engage shoppers at retail locations, spark interest in our whole-home water systems, and gather leads for the sales team.

This role offers $20/hour base pay plus commission, weekend availability, and a friendly, flexible environment with paid training and opportunities for growth. You will educate customers, qualify leads, and share feedback with marketing to improve outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Weekend availability (some evenings may be required)

Responsibilities

• Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities.
• Engage shoppers in friendly conversations and generate interest in our water systems.
• Educate customers on the benefits of our systems in a clear, approachable way.
• Collect and qualify leads for the sales team to follow up.
• Provide excellent customer experiences and answer general questions.
• Share customer feedback with marketing to improve outreach.
